This isn’t your average BBQ. This is primal, hands on cooking surrounded by smoke, sparks, and stories, set deep in our private woodland at Liz’s Yard.
You’ll learn how to build and manage a fire from scratch, master live fire techniques like Argentinian Asado hanging, planked cooking, and direct grilling, all while cooking an unforgettable feast alongside fellow food lovers.
